Refund Policy

Returns of pre ordered or sealed product are non refundable at this time ,please make sure you want the item or items before placing your order.
All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if accepted.
All graded singles are final sale. No returns will be accepted on graded items.
Cancelation of all pre ordered product or in stock product will result in a 15% processing fee. No exceptions made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer@npcollectibles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
TCG PRODUCTS TARES AND RIPS IN MANUFACTURING PLASTIC ARE COMMON COMING FROM MANUFACTURE. DUE TO THIS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS WITH THESE ISSUSES.
For collectors, please note in the message box before completing purchase that you are keeping product sealed and we will try our best to compensate. There are no guarantees we will meet this requirement.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These issues can only be addressed within 1-3 business days of receiving items.
Lost Package Coverage
We understand how frustrating a lost package can be. At NexPack Collectibles, we offer coverage for genuinely lost shipments — subject to the following conditions, which help ensure fairness for you and prevent false claims:
When we will cover a lost package
We will provide replacement or refund if all of the following apply:

The order was marked as shipped by us and you received a valid tracking number.

The carrier’s tracking history shows no final “delivered” scan or other record of successful delivery within the expected time-frame for your region.

You report the missing shipment to us within 14 calendar days after the expected delivery date for Canadian orders, 21 days for U.S., 30 days for international so we may file a claim with the carrier.

You cooperate with any reasonable request from us or the carrier (for example providing proof of shipping, your delivery address, any notices left by carrier, and any relevant photos or emails).

The package was not mis-addressed by you, left in an insecure location, or signed for by someone other than you (or your designated recipient).

The “lost” determination is made with the carrier (or we have exhausted their investigation) and they have deemed the package missing rather than delayed or mis-delivered.
When we will not cover a lost package
Coverage does NOT apply if any of the following occur:

The tracking shows “Delivered” (with address, time and/or signature) and you claim it is missing or stolen;

You provided an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or the package was returned to sender due to wrong address or refusal;

You left the package at an insecure location or permitted leaving without signature when signature delivery was available (unless you selected “no‐signature” and accepted the risk);
-
The package is delayed but not officially declared lost by the carrier (we may require you to wait for the carrier’s maximum investigation period);
-
You fail to report the non-arrival or provide required information within the timeframe listed above;
-
Fraudulent or unverified claims of loss.

The item is lost after you received it (e.g., stolen or misplaced after delivery) — once delivery is confirmed, responsibility passes to the recipient.
How to file a claim

Contact us at customer@npcollectibles.com with your order number and shipping tracking number.

Provide your address exactly as used at checkout, the carrier’s tracking record, and any relevant communication you have received from the carrier.

We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf and monitor its progress.

Once the carrier confirms the shipment is lost (or after our predetermined investigation window elapses), we will issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Important notes

The fastest way to avoid delay is to ensure your shipping address is correct and to select a tracked & insured shipping option if available.

Loss claims may take several days depending on the carrier’s investigation process.

Choosing “no signature required” at checkout may increase the risk of non-delivery; we strongly advise signature confirmation for high-value orders.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Like opened products. All Sealed products CAN NOT be opened and returned. ALL Single Cards and mystery boxes are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
