Third-Party Grading\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eNexPack facilitates submissions to independent grading companies. NexPack does not grade cards and is not responsible for grading outcomes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e2. Inspection Obligation\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eReturned Items must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any damage, discrepancy, or issue must be reported in writing to NexPack within five (5) calendar days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items and Insurance\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eUnless additional insurance is purchased, each Item is insured up to a maximum value of $100 CAD per card while the Item is in NexPack Collectibles’ physical possession only. Customers may elect to purchase additional insurance coverage at a rate of 4% of the declared insured value, which must be provided at the time of submission and may be rejected or adjusted if deemed unreasonable or unsupported by market data. Additional insurance fees are non-refundable once the submission has been accepted. Insurance coverage, whether standard or additional, does not apply while the Item is with grading partners, third-party carriers, or after the Item has been marked ready for pickup or shipped to the Customer. If compensation is approved, NexPack Collectibles’ liability is limited to the lesser of the declared insured value or the Item’s fair market value as reasonably determined by NexPack Collectibles at the time of loss.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e4. Exclusions\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eNo insurance coverage or compensation applies to counterfeit, altered, or doctored Items, false or misleading declarations, market value changes after submission, or any indirect, consequential, or sentimental value.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e5. Limitation of Liability\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eNexPack Collectibles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the grading service fees paid for the affected Item(s).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e6.
